Bronze-drawn organic spaghetti, made with ancient Senatore Cappelli durum wheat. A wheat that has been cultivated in Southern Italy for almost a century, characterised by the presence of important trace elements such as magnesium, potassium, calcium and zinc, with high protein and low gluten content. The bronze drawing gives the pasta a high-porosity surface, enabling the spaghetti to retain more sauce. Excellent with vegetable sauces, perfect with simple accompaniments that enhance the flavour of the pasta itself.
