Our Toscana Rosso IGT Giubilei is made from carefully-selected indigenous grapes. From the hills overlooking Arezzo, where clay soil and espalier farming produce small harvests of incredible quality. Characterised by a deep purple colour with intense hues and a fresh aroma with hints of small dark fruits. The flavour is harmonious with fruity plum notes, the balance pleasant and slightly bitter; an interesting, single-grape taste with the right level of acidity and structure.
Pairings: cured meat dishes, rich dishes with red meat or game, it goes perfectly with grand dishes and rich and flavourful soups.
