Made from precious traditionally-grown hand-harvested red grapes. The wine is aged in barrels at controlled temperatures and humidity levels to allow it to soften. Violet red tending to garnet, with intense aromas of ripe red fruits and undergrowth. Cortegiano is a robust red wine that also has a softness, a good body and is easy to drink, a wine for every meal. Uncork an hour before serving to taste it at its best, serve at: 18-20° C.
