Where we deliver to
Terre dei Gigli delivers to UK mainland addresses. We also deliver to Scottish Islands, Highlands (including postcodes IV40 & IV54) and Isle of Man for an additional charge. We are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Scilly Isles.
Delivery Costs and Timings
Terre dei Gigli deliveries are fixed at £7.95 per order. For deliveries to Scottish Islands, Highlands (including postcodes IV40 & IV54) and Isle of Man, an additional surcharge of £6.95 per case is applicable. We will attempt to deliver orders within 10 days but please allow up to 15.
Please note that parcels may arrive separately.

Where exact products named in the offer are unavailable, Terre dei Gigli will provide substitute goods of equivalent quality and price.
If you are unhappy with any substitutions you receive we will arrange collection at our cost.We have no minimum or maximum orders policy
Prices
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling, and may be per bottle or per case, as marked. The prices include UK duty and VAT, unless otherwise specified. Any delivery charges are additional, unless otherwise specified.
Age restriction
We won't sell wine to anyone who isn't 18 years old or over. When you register your details you will be required to enter a valid date of birth to confirm you are 18 years old or older. By placing an order you also confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason and without any additional cost to you.
To exercise your right of cancellation, please, contact our Custumer Services:
- through the digital withdrawal function available in the customer account area of the website;
- through an explicit declaration sent to the email address dirittorecesso@terredeigigli.it;
- by completing the standard withdrawal form available at www.terredeigigli.co.uk/index.php?module=cont&method=istituzionali&id=TDG-DirittoRec;
- by calling the freephone number: 0800 2605665;
- by writing: Terre dei Gigli - Giordano Vini S.p.A. – Customer Service, Viale del Lavoro 1, 12062 Cherasco (CN) Italy.
We will arrange collection at no cost to you. You will receive a full refund of the price paid and original delivery costs within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or evidence of their return, whichever is earlier.
If goods are damaged or faulty on arrival, please contact Customer Services immediately to arrange return at our cost and to obtain a full refund or replacement.
ODR platform
In accordance with Article 14 of Regulation 524/2013, the Registered User is informed that, in the event of a dispute, he or she may lodge a complaint by means of the European Union's ODR platform at the following link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The ODR platform is an access point for Registered Users who wish to resolve disputes arising from sales contracts or online services in an extrajudicial context.
